This video documents the work of Lihok Pilipina, a remarkable organization that offers low interest loans, business training and community development to women in Cebu’s poorest neighbourhoods. It offers intimate portraits of women who are on the move – from poverty and powerlessness, to dignity, secure livelihoods and self esteem.
