AbaF offers a simple way to make donations to artists (tax deductible in Australia) through the Australia Cultural Fund. The Australia Cultural Fund can receive gifts from anyone - individuals, groups and corporates. Donations may be of any size. Recipients must be practising artists engaged in quality cultural activities that contribute to Australia's cultural life. AbaF has confirmed that supporters (in Australia and world-wide) can make a donation to the Australia Cultural Fund, requesting the AbaF apply it to Marsha Emerman for the development and production of the documentary film On the Banks of the Tigris

The Documentary Australia Foundation (DAF) is a private philanthropic initiative that inspires and nurtures partnerships between grantmakers and documentary filmmakers. DAF has registered charitable DGR (Deductible Gift Recipient) status enabling foundations to make grants to documentaries. Individuals and corporations are also able to make tax-deductible donations. The Documentary Australia Foundation does not commission or directly fund projects without funding from external grantmakers. On the Banks of the Tigris is an approved project and can receive grants made through the Documentary Australia Foundation.
